Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Clear and bus tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and ensure a positive dining environment Support the kitchen team by handling manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and moving kitchen items safely Operate kitchen equipment responsibly while adhering to health and safety standards Follow sanitation protocols to uphold kitchen health and safety standards at all times Contribute to maintaining a clean dining area by sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely Familiarity with operating basic kitchen equipment is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced environments Willingness to follow food handling procedures and uphold health regulations Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication ensures our guests enjoy a spotless environment!
