Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. If you have a background in theater, food service, or events management, we want to hear from you!Duties:
- Provide exceptional guest services and assist with inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and enjoyment
- Handle customer concerns or conflicts professionally
- Support children's activities and engage with young guests
Skills:
- Customer service experience is essential
- Knowledge of theater or events management is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills
- Lifeguard certification is beneficial
- Proficiency in public speaking for announcements or presentations
- Hospitality background preferred
- Experience working with children is advantageous
