In this dynamic role, you will assist with the smooth flow of concert events, ensure the safety and comfort of guests, and support stage operations. Your energetic presence will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for audiences and performers alike, making each concert an unforgettable occasion. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively arts environment, combining customer service, event management, and hands-on stage support. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing directions and assistance to ensure a positive experience. Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, including guiding patrons to their seats and handling any seating issues with professionalism. Assist with stage setup and teardown, including heavy lifting of equipment, props, and musical instruments in accordance with safety protocols. Support performers and crew by coordinating backstage activities and ensuring timely transitions between program segments. Enforce venue safety procedures, including crowd control, emergency response readiness, and conflict management if needed. Process cash transactions for ticket sales or merchandise using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue before, during, and after events to uphold high standards of hospitality. Experience Previous experience in event management or venue operations is highly desirable. Proven ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively in busy environments. First aid certification (including CPR) is preferred to ensure guest safety during emergencies. Experience working with children or in educational or family-friendly settings is a plus. Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions confidently. Hands-on experience with manual handling, heavy lifting, outdoor work environments, and safety protocol adherence. Background in theater production, hospitality, food service, resort work, or outdoor event settings will be advantageous.
