Job:
The Pool & Beach Attendant plays a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and relaxing atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate is upbeat, enthusiastic, and attentive, ensuring guests have a positive experience while adhering to all safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational areas. Observe activity in and around the pool/beach and respond appropriately to emergencies according to company procedures. Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure guest safety. Identify situations where guests may not safely participate in activities and notify a supervisor or manager. Assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive, if needed. Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures. Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or maintenance issues to management. Complete all required safety training and certifications. Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance. Uphold confidentiality, protect company assets, and follow all safety, security, and operational policies. Support coworkers and work collaboratively to achieve team goals. Meet quality assurance standards and company expectations. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older . Must be able to work on holidays . Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor. Previous experience in hospitality, lifeguarding, or related fields is a plus.
