WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Have you ever wanted to be a part of the Blue Mountain Resort Terrain Park Team? You are in luck! We are looking for new Terrain Park Attendants, who are responsible for maintaining superb conditions in all Terrain Parks while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and excited for the opportunity to create guests for life.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 16 years of age Extraordinary ability to provide outstanding guest service, and an enthusiasm for outdoor sports and recreation; Ski and snowboard experience required Must be able to work in various weather conditions (cold temps, active weather, etc.) Must be able to use hand tools and lift at least 75 lbs Positive, team player attitude Exceptional verbal communication skills with both coworkers and guests Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Maintain Terrain Park Features including raking, shoveling, and shaping Work alongside grooming department during builds/reshapes Test newly built features prior to guest use Install, maintain, and monitor safety materials including signage, boundaries, entrances & exits Always uphold the safety and general maintenance of the Terrain Park; Identify and report any safety or operational hazards immediately Acknowledge and understand all safety policies and procedures established by Blue Mountain Resort Attend staff meetings as required
