Build Leaders. Grow a Community. Yoga Box is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as our Phoenix Area Partner. This role is responsible for leading multiple studio locations, developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and helping expand one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands in the country. As an Area Partner, you'll partner closely with executive leadership to shape the future of the Phoenix market while creating an environment where both our people and our business thrive. Please note:

This position requires candidates to hold a current 200-hour Power Yoga or Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Certification and have experience teaching Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and/or Yoga Sculpt. What You'll Do Lead and support multiple Yoga Box studio locations throughout the Phoenix market. Coach, mentor, and develop Managing Partners and studio leadership teams. Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional instructors and leaders. Teach a regular schedule of Yoga Box classes and serve as a visible leader within the Phoenix community. Lead instructor auditions, trainings, mentorship, and ongoing development. Drive membership growth, retention, revenue, and studio profitability. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture. Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution across all studio locations. Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve key performance metrics. Partner with executive leadership on future studio openings and market expansion. Build meaningful relationships within the local community and represent the Yoga Box brand with professionalism and passion. Who You Are You're a natural leader who genuinely loves developing people. Required Qualifications Current 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification (Power Yoga or Vinyasa required). Experience teaching Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and/or Yoga Sculpt. Ability to successfully complete Yoga Box training and teach Yoga Box class formats. Minimum 3 years of leadership or multi-unit management experience. Boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry leadership experience preferred. Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of business operations and key performance metrics. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel regularly between Phoenix studio locations. Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
