We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Landscape & Pool Construction team. This person should have at least 8+ years of luxury/high-end landscape & pool construction management experience and have top-tier team management skills. They must also demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for design, construction, and the industry in general. This is a base + incentive position that include the following opportunities for a top-tier performer to easily boost their income: Monthly incentive opportunity to earn additional salary (up to 20% of your base pay) Project excellence bonuses & commission opportunities

Responsibilities:

Report to the Sr. Construction Manager about progress on each of your assigned projects including financials/profitability, completions, quality control, etc... Work with partnered in-office Project Coordinator to schedule out & create success on all projects assigned. Manage and direct Superintendents on the various phases within the projects for quality & adherence to processes. Speak with and give client updates through our construction management platform, Buildertrend. Audit material breakdowns for accuracy in the PreCON phase. completion to pay crews accordingly every other week.

Qualifications & Skills:

8+ years of experience minimum Fluent in English is required Knowledge in landscape irrigation, hardscaping, pavers/travertine, masonry, structures, and pool construction. Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans, details, and engineering. Intermediate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing and metal construction. Understanding and ability to review CAD plans. Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
