We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and own projects from estimate through completion. The Role This is a hands-on position that combines field estimating, client relations, project management, and installation. You will be the main point of contact for clients and crew once deals are closed, making sure every job is measured accurately, scheduled efficiently, and installed to StyleGuard's standards. Responsibilities On-site estimating : Visit job sites to take precise measurements and assess every relevant detail, including mounting surfaces, grade changes, gate locations, code requirements, and site access, to produce accurate, complete estimates. Client consultations : Meet with homeowners, general contractors, developers, and builders to understand project goals, recommend products, and set clear expectations on scope, timing, and cost. Product expertise : Develop a deep understanding of StyleGuard's glass fencing and railing systems, hardware, and installation methods so you can advise clients confidently and solve problems in the field.

Installation :

Perform hardware and glass installations when required alongside our crews, ensuring every job is plumb, secure, and finished cleanly. Scheduling and crew management : Build and manage project timelines, coordinate crew assignments, and keep jobs moving on schedule. Client communication : Maintain close, proactive communication with clients throughout each project, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth handoff at completion. Ordering support : Verify measurements and specs to submit accurate orders for custom glass and hardware. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the construction industry Prior glazing experience Hands-on experience installing glass pool fences or glass railings Experience estimating construction projects Management experience in construction or a related field Strong measuring skills and attention to detail Ability to read site plans and architectural drawings Comfortable working outdoors and lifting heavy materials as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional, organized communicator who's comfortable working with residential clients and high-level commercial representatives. Preferred C-17 Glazing License a plus, but not required Familiarity with pool barrier and guardrail code requirements in California Experience with estimating software and/or plan takeoff software Has existing contacts in the construction industry in Southern California Starting rate is $80,000 per year with quick increase and steady growth.
