HOTWORX HOTWORX
is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers a variety of virtually instructed workouts in a heated sauna environment. Our patented workout experience is unlike any other in the fitness industry—and we're growing fast!
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Associates Foster a positive, motivating studio culture that aligns with HOTWORX brand values Sales & Membership Growth Drive membership sales through proactive outreach, in-studio promotions, and lead generation Achieve monthly sales goals Manage follow-ups and lead pipelines Operations & Customer Experience Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Deliver exceptional member service and resolve issues with professionalism and care Maintain studio appearance, equipment functionality, and compliance with HOTWORX standards Marketing & Community Engagement Execute local marketing strategies and events to build brand awareness and foot traffic Establish partnerships with local businesses and influencers to drive referrals
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality (required) Strong background in sales and customer service Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems and social media Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
