In this pivotal role, you will support the overall operation of the club, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests alike. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold high standards of service, and manage daily activities to create a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team management to make a meaningful impact in a lively club setting. Duties Assist the Club Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments Lead and supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a motivated and cohesive team Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest services Coordinate events and activities within the club, including planning, setup, execution, and post-event evaluations Monitor operational procedures including cash handling, budgeting, and inventory management to maintain financial accuracy Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular safety checks and maintaining first aid readiness with CPR certification Prepare detailed reports on club performance, guest feedback, staffing needs, and operational improvements for review by senior management Skills Proven experience in (personal or professional) environments with strong leadership qualities Extensive background in events management and hospitality operations Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively with excellent team management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes Strong managerial decision-making skills to handle operational challenges swiftly and confidently Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest services excellence Experience managing shifts, operational workflows, and venue logistics within an event or resort setting Knowledge of budgeting processes along with cash handling procedures to ensure financial integrity Technical proficiency relevant to operational management tools and systems used in hospitality venues First aid and CPR certification to ensure safety standards are met at all times Previous resort or event venue experience is highly desirable for success in this role Assistant manager experience preferred but not mandatory; a proactive approach to problem-solving is essential Join us as an Assistant Club Manager where your leadership fuels memorable experiences!
