Sales & Business Development Manager - Pool Restoration Commission-Based | Hot Inbound Leads | Commercial Growth | Uncapped Earning Potential California HIS Registration Preferred Pro Pool Restoration is growing quickly, and we are looking for a salesperson who knows how to CLOSE. We already have qualified homeowner leads coming in every day from our advertising and marketing. Your job is to respond fast, find out what the customer needs, provide or help prepare the estimate, follow up, close the sale, and get the job booked on our calendar. This position also includes commercial business development and creating additional sales opportunities around neighborhoods where our crews are already working. We provide the leads, marketing, reputation, completed projects, and field operation. You turn those opportunities into revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Respond quickly to inbound leads Call, text, and email prospective customers Determine what the customer needs Review photos and videos Prepare or assist with estimates Explain pricing and services clearly Follow up on every open estimate Handle objections and ask for the sale Get accepted jobs scheduled with a service date Keep the production calendar booked Re-engage older leads Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups Coordinate with ownership and field crews We are not looking for someone who sends an estimate and waits. We need someone who follows up and closes.

NEIGHBORHOOD SALES OPPORTUNITIES

Every job creates another opportunity. When our crew is scheduled in a neighborhood or has just completed a job nearby, you will: Contact previous leads and nearby pool owners Let homeowners know we are already working in their area Offer approved neighborhood or route-efficiency discounts when appropriate Help turn one scheduled job into additional jobs nearby Help group jobs geographically to improve crew efficiency The goal is to generate more work while our truck, crew, and equipment are already in the area.

COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

You will also actively develop commercial relationships with: Property managers and multifamily communities Hotels and motels Fitness and health clubs HOAs and country clubs Commercial pools and pool management companies Resorts and recreation facilities Commercial fountains and water features Other properties with pool tile, stone, or water features You will identify decision-makers, introduce our services, schedule walkthroughs, follow up on proposals, close projects, and build repeat commercial accounts .

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who is: A proven closer Confident and professional Strong on the phone and in person Persistent with follow-up Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once Comfortable discussing price and asking for the business Self-motivated and accountable for results Comfortable prospecting for new business A valid driver's license , acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and professional appearance are required. California CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration is strongly preferred. Candidate must be eligible and willing to obtain HIS registration before performing any residential sales duties that require it. Experience in home improvement, construction, pools, landscaping, restoration, roofing, HVAC, solar, property services, or other residential/commercial sales is a plus. Pool industry experience is not required. We can teach you our services. We need someone who already knows how to sell.

COMMISSION-BASED - NO BASE SALARY 10

% commission on company-generated residential sales you close 12% commission on new commercial business you personally develop and close 5% commission on repeat commercial revenue from accounts you originate during the first 12 months Additional incentives for strong production Uncapped earning potential Expected annual earnings: $60,000-$120,000+ based on performance.
