Lead a school-based youth club in Loveland, CO, overseeing daily operations, staff, and before- and after-school programs. A qualifying degree or education and experience combination, age 21 or older, and a current driver's license are required. Responsibilities Oversee Club operations and promote the health and safety of members, staff, volunteers, and families. Plan, lead, and evaluate youth programs, events, and full-day or summer programming. Supervise, coach, and support the professional development of staff and volunteers. Serve as a primary contact for parents and guardians and maintain community partnerships. Manage enrollment, attendance, member tracking systems, audits, and reporting. Maintain facilities and equipment and follow Club policies and food safety protocols.
