Job Description

Do you love gymnastics AND leading a team? Suncoast Gymnastics is looking for an energetic, organized, and passionate Recreational Gymnastics and low level team Manager to help run the heart of our gym. If you thrive in a fast-paced, kid-filled environment and want to make a real impact on young athletes — read on! What you'll do: Oversee day-to-day operations of the recreational gymnastics program, including class scheduling, floor management, and program quality Lead, mentor, and support a team of recreational coaches to deliver a safe, fun, and consistent class experience Build relationships with families — communicate proactively, resolve concerns quickly, and keep energy positive in the gym Partner with gym leadership on enrollment goals, class offerings, and seasonal programming Monitor class attendance, track progress, and ensure curriculum standards are met across all recreational levels Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gym environment that athletes and families love coming back to What we're looking for Background in gymnastics — coaching, competing, or both (rec-focused experience a big plus!) Experience leading or supervising a team — you're someone coaches look to when things get busy Excellent communicator — whether it's a parent concern, a staff meeting, or a quick check-in with a 5-year-old Organized and detail-oriented — schedules, check-in lists, and class rosters don't intimidate you Upbeat, energetic, and genuinely excited to be in the gym (bonus points if you can't stop talking about gymnastics)
