Qualifications:
Must be 18+: You need to be at least 18 years old to apply.
Leadership Role:
Have you been in a leadership position for the last 6 months or more? Great! Full-time experience is also required.
Kid-Friendly:
Whether through work or volunteering, you should have at least 6 months of experience engaging with children.
Customer Service Savvy:
A minimum of 6 months in a customer service job is required.
Preferred Experience:
An aquatics background is preferred. Experience in swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, education, recreation, or other roles focused on teaching and developing others is highly valued. Willing to
Travel:
You should be open to visiting all Watermelon Swim locations.
Certifications Needed:
Get trained in CPR/First Aid within 45 days, and Lifeguarding within 90 days of hitting the ground running with us.
