Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Assistant Studio Manager to help lead daily operations at a boutique wellness studio in Buckhead, Atlanta. Responsibilties Lead and support front desk staff. Drive membership sales, renewals, and client retention. Manage scheduling and daily studio operations. Handle member concerns and cancellations. Train and develop team members. Oversee inventory, reporting, and operational standards. Maintain a positive professional team environment. Experience 2 + years of management or supervisory experience. Background in fitness, wellness, hospitality or retail preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and staff alike. Strong sales and customer service experience. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative independently. Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, or membership management is desirable. Comfortable leading teams and holding staff accountable. Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
