Taekwondo Center Manager Springfield, MA Apply Manage daily operations of the Taekwondo center, including scheduling classes, activities, and staff; Hire, train, and supervise instructors and support staff; Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students; Collaborate with Taekwondo instructors to maintain program quality and curriculum consistency; Communicate with parents regarding student progress and program updates; Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations; Oversee student pick-up, drop-off, attendance, and safety protocols; Provide exceptional customer service and address member inquiries and concerns; Organize belt testing, tournaments, demonstrations, and special events; Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and increase revenue; Organize special events, tournaments, and promotional activities; and Foster a positive, disciplined, and motivating environment for students and staff.
