We have an opening for an experienced Pool Renovations Manager to drive the company's success by working as part of our team, providing our customer with an exemplary sales and renovation experience. This individual will have a strong attention to detail, the capability to work with minimal supervision and stay on task, and be courteous, reliable, and professional always. Sales

• Meet with customer to determine renovation needs
• Provide and/or work with assistant to get a quote back to customer within 3 business days after consultation
• Respond to questions in a timely manner
• Maintain gross margins standards set by the company
• Identify other sale opportunities for Watercrafters (Maintenance, Service, Retail) Renovation Project Management
• Manage renovation projects from start to finish
• Communicate changes to project calendar to both customer and relevant internal staff
• Provide updates to customers regularly and respectfully. Keep customer informed on project progression and status
• Maintain the highest level of quality control
• Establish and maintain a healthy, respectful relationship with Subcontractors
• Take before, during and after pictures from the same angle Ensure onsite clean-up is complete Ensure team is trained on proper safety equipment and practices Customer Service Management
• Promptly answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Capture customer pool profile
• Update customer profile as needed. Identify products and services that the customer needs or wants to make their pool experience more enjoyable
• Take Pool & Equipment Photos using CompanyCam
• Handle customer complaints appropriately and professionally
• Handle warranty concerns promptly Inventory
• Responsible for warehouse inventory tracking
• Responsible for managing and tracking renovation inventory on your truck Team & Field Support
• Assist in Managing and hold accountable Renovation Team and Subcontractors
• Quality Control Checks on Renovation Projects General
• Promote the overall image of Watercrafters by communicating effectively and efficiently.
• Answer customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner, with an emphasis on being friendly and personable.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Behave in a manner that is professional Obtain and Maintain CounterPoint and ScheduleView Proficiency Fleet Maintenance Ensure trucks are maintained regularly Update the truck maintenance service log
• Must speak English fluently
• General computer skills and ability to learn to use new software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Have valid driver's license
• High School Diploma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent math skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate level of attention to each task
• Be detail oriented and organized
• Have neat handwriting
• Have a positive disposition and professional appearance
• Have good interpersonal relationship skills
• Be able to identify potential problems and prevent them accordingly
• Possess the tact and knowledge necessary to deal with customers, employees and co-workers effectively
• Ability to handle and resolve conflict in a manner that results in a win-win outcome

Full-time position is available. Weekend hours are required during the busy Spring and Fall.
