The role is responsible for leading the Living Showroom business unit through operational excellence, revenue growth, team development, and weekly performance accountability. What You'll Do As the Living Showroom Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the showroom while inspiring both your team and your community. You'll be responsible for: Leadership Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team Create a positive, energetic workplace culture Hold weekly team meetings Develop employees through training and accountability Lead by example while living our Core Values Business Growth Drive monthly and annual sales goals Increase showroom traffic and community awareness Build relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and referral partners Host educational events and product demonstrations Customer Experience Every person walking through our doors deserves an incredible experience.
