Job Description Description:

Grace Adventures is a religious organization that makes employment decisions on Bible based beliefs and practices. Because of the nature of our Christian program; Christian belief, character, and practice are essential requirements of employment positions.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence in the campground store. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor's dress code Obey all camp rules and policies Be patient, loving, and kind Activities include (but are not limited to): Arts & crafts, pool activities, basketball, volleyball, gaga, field games, campfires, archery, portable climbing tower, Laser Tag, etc. Organize, repair, inventory program equipment

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with running preparing for and running activities Serve Campground Staff as needed Become familiar with the camp and grounds Keep spiritually and physically prepared to minister

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum age: 14 Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ Strong Worldview Work well alone and with others Desires to be part of a team Good health and stamina is required to implement campground programming. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
