Join our Day Habilitation Center as a Program Activities Manager dedicated to caring and assisting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Work Week:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. No weekend and no evening work. Responsibilities Plan and oversee all activities in house and out in the community. Complete initial and quarterly assessments and daily and annual documentation. Supervise, train and mentor activities assistants. Assign daily schedules. Other duties as per job description. Experience A minimum of an Bachelor's degree required in social work, human services, psychology, or similar required. Additional certifications in recreation or life enrichment preferred. Two years minimum of experience in activities or recreation at adult day care centers, day habilitation centers, or nursing homes required. Two years minimum of experience in a supervisory or managerial role required. Experience having cared for and assisted adults with developmental disabilities required Experience and/or training in behavior management or crisis prevention. required Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
