Job Description

Job Summary University Swimming Association (USAI) is a seasonal community pool located in Piscataway, NJ. We are seeking an

ASSISTANT MANAGER

for the summer of 2027 (June 12-September 6) This position reports to the General Manager and assists in supervising aquatic activities, instructional programs, membership management, and staff supervision. Responsibilites include maintaining pool safety and compliance with local/state regulations.

Candidates should have:

experience working with aquatics and pool management Previous experience as a lifeguard or in sports coaching with a focus on swimming or aquatic activities. Consumer oriented personal skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and crisis manaagement skills Strong background in water safety practices. Certifications related to first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and lifeguarding

Pay:

$600.00 - $625.00 per week
