Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Kickboxing Instructor to lead engaging, high-energy classes that motivate participants of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will create a dynamic environment where students can improve their strength, coordination, and confidence through structured kickboxing training. Duties Lead kickboxing classes that incorporate martial arts techniques, cardio conditioning, and strength training to deliver comprehensive workouts. Demonstrate proper form and technique to ensure safety and maximize effectiveness for all participants. Develop tailored lesson plans that accommodate different skill levels, including beginners and advanced students. Provide clear instructions and motivational coaching to encourage participant engagement and persistence. Monitor class safety by enforcing behavior management policies and ensuring all equipment is used correctly. Communicate effectively with clients about their progress, goals, and any modifications needed during sessions. Maintain a clean, organized workout space and ensure all equipment is in good condition. Experience Prior experience with kickboxing or boxing techniques. Proven ability to work with adults in a group fitness setting, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Experience working with diverse populations, managing behavior effectively while fostering a positive environment. Knowledge of health club operations or gym experience is beneficial but not required. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages.
