The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, have a positive attitude, and deliver high-quality training sessions. Daily responsibilities are focused around supporting club sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Engagement:

Regularly communicate with members to keep them informed and engaged.

Club Performance:

Oversee overall financial performance and creatively drive growth within the fitness franchise.

Sales Leadership:

Achieve sales goals for memberships and personal training.

Team Leadership:

Inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best every day.

Community Outreach:

Organize events to build community awareness and attract new memberships.

Facility Standards:

Ensure that equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.

What You'll Need:

Ability to coach one-on-one and small group sessions (previous personal training experience preferred but not required) Passion for customer-focused sales Commitment to a healthy lifestyle High levels of ambition, competitiveness, and compassion Strong work ethic, honesty, discipline, and integrity Strong communication skills A fun, personable attitude and a team player mindset Coachable and eager to learn Career-minded with a focus on professional growth Previous sales experience preferred but not required

$45,000 base plus commission

Monday•

Thursday:

11 AM•7

PM Friday:

9 AM•5 PM ( 9 AM•2 PM when working Saturdays)

Saturday:
