Established in 2019 on the Keystone College campus, Keystone Fitness Center is a full-scale health club serving both the campus community and the local public. With over 700+ active members, we provide top-tier facility amenities, membership options, personal training, and retail products. We are seeking an energetic, business-minded leader to direct operations and drive growth. Position Overview The Manager / Head Personal Trainer oversees all facility operations while actively delivering personal training services. You will lead staff, drive member growth, maintain high operational standards, and build revenue through personal training and membership sales.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership:

Direct day-to-day gym operations, maintain facility standards, and lead front-desk and support staff.

Business Growth:

Lead sales and marketing initiatives to retain the current member base and drive new membership sign-ups.

Personal Training:

Deliver 1-on-1 and group personal training sessions, develop customized fitness programs, and drive training sales.

Member Experience:

Foster a welcoming environment for both college students and local public members, addressing member feedback promptly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (Preferred). Accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, CSCS, or equivalent Preferred). Experience managing or assisting in the management of a commercial or collegiate fitness facility. Proven track record in customer service, sales, and marketing. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Base salary with Personal Training commission.
