Duties Manage daily operations of the facility to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Handle cash transactions accurately during check-ins, memberships, or retail sales while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Supervise staff schedules, training sessions, and team communication to promote a motivated and organized workforce. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Support hospitality efforts by creating a positive experience for all visitors, including managing guest services and resolving concerns promptly. Making calls and being confident in sales.
