Character matters most. What You'll Do During the school year, you'll work with our One Afterschool Program and Heritage School. During Spring, Summer, and Winter school breaks, you'll transition into our Kids FUN Camp.

Your responsibilities will include:

Helping ensure safe and dependable school pickups Guiding homework and structured daily routines Leading games, activities, recreation, and enrichment Creating an environment where children feel included and cared for Reinforcing life skills such as focus, respect, confidence, responsibility, and kindness Building positive relationships with children and families Communicating professionally with parents Helping maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment Working together with our team and helping wherever needed You do not need to teach martial arts. We have a separate team of professional martial arts instructors who teach those classes. A Year-Round Opportunity Many jobs working with children are seasonal or offer limited hours. This position is different. You'll work with our afterschool program during the school year and transition into Kids FUN Camp during school breaks, providing the opportunity for consistent, year-round employment. The position begins at approximately 30 hours per week , with the opportunity to grow toward 40 hours per week as training is completed and responsibilities expand.
