Weekly, including potential mornings or weekends About Fastwalker Fastwalker is building a movement around a simple idea: walking faster can transform your health, fitness, and longevity. Through our 15-Minute Mile Movement, we're creating a welcoming community that brings people together through weekly walking clubs, fitness, and social connection. We're launching weekly walk clubs in Miami and looking for two energetic, outgoing, and charismatic leaders to help bring the experience to life. About the Role We're looking for people who love fitness, enjoy meeting new people, and know how to energize a crowd. As a Fastwalker Walk Club Leader, you'll be the face of our weekly events. You'll welcome participants, lead group walks, create an exciting and inclusive atmosphere, and help build a community people look forward to joining every week. You do not need to be a certified personal trainer or professional racewalker. We're much more interested in your personality, enthusiasm, reliability, and ability to connect with people. Responsibilities Lead and energize weekly group walks in Miami. Welcome participants and create a fun, inclusive environment for people of all ages and fitness levels. Speak confidently to groups using a microphone to introduce events, motivate walkers, and make announcements. Help organize participants and maintain a positive, safe walking experience. Engage with attendees before and after walks to foster relationships and build a sense of community. Encourage participants to return each week and bring friends. Collaborate with the Fastwalker team to continually improve the experience. Occasionally participate in social media photos and videos promoting Fastwalker events. Who We're Looking For Outgoing, personable, enthusiastic, and comfortable being the center of attention. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Passionate about fitness, walking, wellness, or healthy living. Someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together. Dependable, punctual, and available for recurring weekly events. Comfortable engaging with participants across different ages and fitness levels. Based in or near Miami. Bonus Qualifications (Not Required) Experience leading fitness classes, run clubs, walking groups, or community events. Background in event hosting, entertainment, hospitality, or group instruction. Experience building or engaging an online fitness community. Active presence on Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms. What We Offer Competitive per-event compensation.
