Trull Brook Golf Course is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Virtual Golf & Tennis Center Supervisor to help run our indoor golf and tennis operation. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk supervisor position. You'll be right in the middle of the action—welcoming customers, managing simulator bays and courts, serving food and beverages, and making sure everyone has a great experience from the moment they arrive. What You'll Do Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere Oversee virtual golf simulator bays and tennis courts Manage reservations and keep bookings running on schedule Operate our POS and booking software Handle food and beverage service Assist customers with simulators and facility questions Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for the next group Monitor daily activity and help resolve customer issues Keep everything moving smoothly and on time Who We're Looking For We want someone who is friendly, responsible, organized, and comfortable taking charge. You should enjoy working with people and be able to handle multiple things at once without losing sight of great customer service. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, golf, tennis, recreation, or customer service is a plus, but attitude and reliability are just as important.
