Job Overview Apex Jumps Trmapoline Park is looking for an energetic, dependable Shift Supervisor to lead floor staff, uphold safety standards, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in our fast-paced indoor active entertainment center. Easy work, Flexible Schedule and Fun work Environment. Duties Supervise daily park operations, including guest flow, safety procedures, and facility maintenance Lead and motivate staff members, providing clear direction and support to ensure excellent guest experiences Oversee shift management tasks such as scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control Enforce safety rules and conduct regular safety inspections to prevent accidents and injuries Manage guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate with event management teams for hosting special events, birthday parties, or group bookings Complete shift reports, incident documentation, and operational logs to maintain accurate records Assist with staff training on operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards

Availability:

Must be available to work peak hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and monitor courts for extended periods in an active, loud environment.

Background Check:

Reliable transportation and ability to pass a standard pre-employment background screening. Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-paced entertainment or hospitality environment Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and make sound managerial decisions Strong operational management skills including shift management, budgeting, and resource allocation Experience with staff supervision, report writing, and managing guest services in a dynamic setting.
