Club Cleaning Supervisor - Kinective Fitness Club The Role Kinective Fitness is looking for a Club Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team. This is a hands-on leadership role - you work alongside your team, assign daily tasks, inspect completed work, train on proper methods and safety, and make sure our club is clean, organized, and member-ready at all times. You report to the Environmental Services Manager and play a direct role in maintaining the standard our community expects. What You Do Lead and work alongside the club cleaning team during your shift Assign daily cleaning responsibilities and set priorities Inspect locker rooms, restrooms, fitness areas, studios, and common spaces for quality and completeness Train team members on cleaning methods, chemical handling, equipment use, and safety procedures Monitor supply inventory and communicate needs to the Environmental Services Manager Respond to spills, facility concerns, and member-facing cleanliness needs Report maintenance, plumbing, or equipment issues to the appropriate department What You Bring Previous professional cleaning, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities experience (required) At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience (required) Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safe chemical-handling practices Ability to operate standard commercial cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail and time management Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, bend, reach, and stay active throughout your shift High school diploma or GED (preferred) What We Offer Full access to the base Kinective membership ($1,806 value) Employee discount on club services A supportive, community-driven workplace.
