What You'll Do as an Entry Level Charity Event Manager Assist in planning and executing community fundraising events that support meaningful nonprofit initiatives. Engage with attendees to share information about charitable campaigns, their mission, and the impact of community support. Coordinate event setup, logistics, and on-site activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for participants. Build positive relationships with donors and supporters by answering questions and providing exceptional service. Work collaboratively with team members to meet fundraising goals and maximize community participation. Maintain accurate records of event activities, donor interactions, and campaign progress as needed. Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm while encouraging community engagement and support. Qualifications We Require in an Entry Level Charity Event Manager High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or volunteer work is a plus but not required.
