Catering Event Staff Savory Catering is looking for dependable and motivated Catering Event Staff to join our growing team. Catering Event Staff play an important role in providing excellent food and service while helping create successful and memorable events. This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, being part of a team, and creating great experiences for our guests. The right candidate will be hardworking, reliable, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a team environment. Responsibilities Assist with setting up catering events, including tables, food stations, serving areas, and equipment. Help transport, organize, and prepare food, supplies, and equipment for events. Assist with serving food and providing friendly, professional service to guests. Keep food and serving areas clean, organized, and properly stocked. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures. Assist with loading and unloading catering supplies, food, and equipment. Help with event breakdown and cleanup after service. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and serving areas. Work as part of a team to keep events running smoothly and efficiently. Communicate with team members and supervisors throughout the event. Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies and equipment, while following safe lifting practices. Represent Savory Catering in a professional, friendly, and positive manner. Follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in catering, restaurants, food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required. Friendly and professional attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Comfortable working directly with guests. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and move supplies and equipment. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules as needed.
