Social Media & Events Coordinator Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics & Ninja - Queen Creek, AZ Do you love creating, organizing, marketing, and making things happen? Are you the type of person who enjoys wearing multiple hats, bringing ideas to life, and thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment? If so, we want to meet you! Arizona Dynamics is looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to help take our Queen Creek location to the next level. This is the perfect position for someone who loves social media, enjoys planning unforgettable events, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed. What You'll Do Create engaging social media content that showcases our athletes, coaches, and programs. Grow our online presence through creative marketing and community engagement. Help develop and execute internal marketing campaigns to increase enrollment and promote special events. Plan and coordinate birthday parties, camps, clinics, open gyms, and special events from start to finish. Build relationships with families and create memorable customer experiences. Assist with managing and mentoring our evening and weekend staff. Help with front office operations and provide outstanding customer service when needed. Pitch in wherever necessary—every day is different, and that's what makes this job exciting!
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Creative and full of ideas. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable managing multiple projects at once. A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about creating amazing customer experiences. Excellent with communication and social media platforms. Positive, energetic, dependable, and loves working with people. A true "jack of all trades" who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed. Schedule- 25hrs/ week can be flexible
