Additionally, Club Wheelhouse staff supports members in their professional and leisure-oriented endeavors through concierge and executive assistant services, while also attending to their automotive passions with comprehensive vehicle management.

Position Overview:

The Club Wheelhouse Experience Manager is a fully onsite role responsible for creating and overseeing all aspects of hospitality, member experience, and operations within the clubhouse in Corte Madera, Ca. This individual will ensure the highest level of service excellence and work closely with the General Manager, Events Department and concierge team to develop and execute strategies that enhance member satisfaction, grow membership base, and foster a close-knit and active community. Additionally, they will design and operate daily Clubhouse services - including but not limited to the food and beverage program and professional services amenities. Attention to detail, a passion for excellence, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Member Experience, Recruitment, Retention, & Engagement:

• Cultivate relationships with current members to ensure high levels of satisfaction and a positive member experience. Get to know each member by name.
• Organize activities and initiatives within the clubhouse to engage members, enhance their experience, and strengthen community ties.
• Address member concerns, questions, or requests promptly and professionally to maintain an exceptional member experience.
• Work with the Club Wheelhouse team to design and execute member recruitment initiatives and procedures, specifically for Clubhouse tours and member-recruitment events.
• Update and manage the membership database.

Event Management:

• Work with the Events Director to curate and execute events that align with member interests and improve the overall member experience. This includes lifestyle-driven events outside of the clubhouse (e.g., Quarterly Road Rallies and destination travel).
• Organize key clubhouse events to build rapport with members and ensure smooth event execution (e.g., Monthly 'Shop Talk' speaker series).
• Assist Events Department with private and corporate event rentals.

Concierge & Executive Services:

• Provide hospitality-oriented concierge services to support members with their personal and professional planning needs, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
• Coordinate with the team to deliver tailored services that enhance the overall member experience, fostering a premium and personalized environment.

Staff Management & Operational Procedures:

• Work with the Ownership group to develop operational procedures and establish standard protocol for all aspects of member experience within the clubhouse. (eg: hours of operation, food ordering process, building maintenance schedule, etc.)
• Hire, train, and manage additional clubhouse staff once membership capacity is at an appropriate scale. Manage member-facing staff and provide training documentation for future team growth. Budget Management
• Own all facets of clubhouse operating spend, including budgeting and forecasting. Manage and develop clubhouse operating expenses to maintain budget.
• Collaborate with General Manager and CWH Accounting to ensure accurate and timely monthly budget reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years experience in membership management and/or hospitality services, preferably in a private club or luxury service setting (hotel or restaurant).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for and demonstrated success of building and maintaining relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings for events and member activities.
• A proactive, service-driven mentality and the ability to work collaboratively with club staff.
• A very strong attention to detail and service/hospitality work ethic.
• Functional to expert facility with budgeting and planning tools such as Exel, Quick Books and Membership Works.
