Entry Level Work Location:
On-site — NOT remote We are hiring an Event Operations Associate to help with the setup, coordination, and day-to-day execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This is an entry-level, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team. Previous event, sales, or marketing experience is not required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided. Please read the job details carefully: This is an in-person position, and reliable transportation is required.
What You'll Do:
Assist with setting up and running promotional events Represent our clients in a professional and friendly manner Interact directly with customers and event attendees Answer basic questions and provide information Assist with event materials, displays, and supplies Help keep event areas organized and professional Work with the team to meet daily and weekly goals Follow company training and event procedures Help create a positive experience for customers and attendees
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Comfortable communicating with different types of people Friendly, professional, and motivated Willing to learn new skills Able to work independently and with a team Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Available to work a full-time schedule Able to reliably commute to our office and local event locations No previous event experience is required. Training is provided.

This is an entry-level opportunity. Paid training and mentorship are provided. The role involves regular interaction with customers and event attendees.
