Are you creative, energetic, and great with kids? Do you love bringing ideas to life and creating memorable experiences? Join the Kidizens team and help make birthday parties unforgettable! Kidizens is looking for Birthday Party Coordinators to lead our unique, hands-on LEGO birthday experiences on Saturdays and Sundays in Los Altos . At Kidizens, birthdays are more than just cake and games! Children can become mayors, build their own LEGO cities, or embark on guided adventures inspired by themes including Minecraft, Pokémon, Ninjago, Star Wars, and more. Every party gives kids the opportunity to build, imagine, collaborate, and create a world of their own. As a Birthday Party Coordinator, you'll be the person who brings the experience to life. You'll lead a group of excited children through their themed LEGO adventure, keep the party organized and moving, and help create a fun, welcoming experience for both kids and their families. What You'll Do Lead and facilitate 2-hour LEGO birthday parties for groups of children. Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for kids and families. Guide children through LEGO building activities and themed adventures. Keep the party on schedule while helping children stay engaged and involved. Communicate with parents and families in a friendly, professional manner. Set up the party space before the event and clean up afterward. Adapt to different groups, personalities, and unexpected situations while keeping the experience positive and fun.

  • You enjoy interacting with both children and parents. Flexible
  • You're able to adapt when a party doesn't go exactly according to plan.

Previous experience working with children, camps, classrooms, recreation programs, events, or hospitality is a plus. A love of LEGO is definitely a bonus, but you don't need to be a LEGO expert to apply!

$20+/hour, based on experience Each birthday party is approximately 2 hours , with additional time required for setup and cleanup, requiring approximately 3 hours of total time commitment.

Flexible scheduling:

Coordinators can indicate their own weekend availability and are scheduled in advance.
