Job Description

ABOUT P1 MOTOR CLUB P1
Motor Club is a 650-acre private motorsports campus on Florida's Treasure Coast. It is the most expansive private motorsports campus in the Americas. With the Treasure Coast Circuit completing and the club hosting member days and events, P1 combines championship-caliber circuits, a private club community, Garage Townhomes, a professional Commerce Park, and marquee OEM partnerships. We are building a team defined by craft, hospitality, and love of the sport.
THE ROLE
You produce the experiences P1 is known for: OEM-caliber corporate programs, marquee partner activations, and the member days that define club life. You are a detailed planner. You build programs from a blank page, orchestrate track, cars, catering, and hospitality into one experience, and own each event's budget and outcome. Comfort working around live track operations is required.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Produce commercial events end to end: corporate track programs, OEM activations, private experiences Produce the member event calendar: signature days, socials, race-day hospitality Own per-event
P&L:
quoting support, budgets, vendors, and margin Own instructor scheduling and booking for programs and member days (single-scheduler design), by qualification tier from the Chief Instructor's roster Orchestrate cross-department delivery: track time with Motorsport, vehicles with Fleet, F&B and service with Club Operations Run post-event debriefs; write and improve the playbook
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years directly building and managing Runs of Show for high-end events or experiential programs: luxury hospitality, experiential agency, premium venue, or brand-side Proven blank-page producer Budget ownership per event, including vendor negotiation Composure under live-event pressure, with strong production instincts; motorsport experience a strong plus Must be authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license required Background check required
SCHEDULE
All P1 roles are fully on-site. Every position is weekend and holiday exposed; the club runs when members are here. Salaried roles work 5 days per week, including weekends; typical days off are Monday and Tuesday, though the schedule shifts with the event calendar.

Medical insurance through BCBS Florida; P1 covers 50% of the monthly premium On-site meals included on all operating days P1 branded gear and swag kit Paid time off: 1.25 days per month (up to 15 days per year); 5 days carry-over; PTO encouraged during low season (July-September) Event-weekend blackout periods, with guaranteed comp days following major event weekends Certification reimbursement: P1 covers job-required certifications on an ad hoc basis At least 2 dedicated staff training days per year that include driving access, subject to advance Track Director sign-off Internal-first posting of every new role, with transparency about when new seats open Written development paths at hire identifying career progression opportunities and the specific milestones required to reach them Cross-training across P1 disciplines: circuit, karting, off-road, drift, hospitality, real estate, and Commerce Park
