Responsibilities General office support duties such as answering phones, and assisting members. Work with committees and staff to coordinate meetings and events. Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc to increase engagement and followers. Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals. Manage social media scheduling to ensure consistent posting and timely responses to audience interactions, monitor analytics, and evaluate campaign performance and optimize future content. Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events that promote community involvement, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement. Skills Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and content writing tailored for diverse audiences. Knowledge of social media platforms' algorithms, advertising options (e.g., Facebook Advertising), and best practices for content marketing. Experience with media editing tools for photo/video editing to produce engaging visual content.
