Monday-Friday Contract:

12 months We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator with 5+ years of relevant experience to support a department of 20-30 employees. The ideal candidate will have strong experience coordinating events, meetings, calendars, travel, purchasing, invoicing, and day-to-day administrative activities.

Required Skills:

5+ years of relevant experience Event and meeting coordination, including in-person and virtual events Calendar, catering, travel, and event logistics Purchase Orders, invoicing, payments, and budget tracking Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills SAP experience required Power BI is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Must be comfortable working 100% onsite

Pay:

$25.78 - $29.00 per hour
