Wedding Ceremony Coordinator Valle Vista Golf Club and Conference Center Greenwood, IN Job Summary Valle Vista Golf Club and Conference Center is seeking a highly organized, professional, and energetic Ceremony Coordinator to assist in delivering exceptional wedding and event experiences. This role is responsible for working directly with brides and wedding parties throughout the ceremony and reception process, ensuring every detail is executed smoothly and on schedule. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, an excellent communicator, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and couples on one of the most important days of their lives. Responsibilities Remain with the bride and wedding party throughout the ceremony process and transition into the banquet reception Ensure all ceremony and reception timelines are followed accurately Communicate constantly with brides, vendors, banquet staff, DJs, photographers, and fellow coordinators Assist with organizing ceremony lineups, entrances, exits, and reception flow Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally while maintaining a calm demeanor Ensure ceremony and reception spaces are prepared and presented properly Help direct guests and wedding parties as needed Maintain a positive and professional appearance and attitude at all times Monitor event timing to ensure all portions of the wedding remain on track Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the event Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Minimum 3 experience Physical Requirements Standing and walking for long periods during events Ability to lift and move light event materials when necessary Ability to work both indoors and outdoors depending on event needs What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, communicates effectively under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping create unforgettable wedding experiences.
