Whether we are providing the ultimate turnkey corporate tailgate at Arrowhead Stadium with Trailergating or delivering elegant tents, tables, and decor for a wedding with TG Event Rental, we pride ourselves on making hosting effortless. We bring years of experience and a strong understanding of what customers value: clean equipment, timely service, and clear communication. Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and proactive Front Desk & Event Coordinator to keep our office running smoothly. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their event rentals go off without a hitch. If you love helping people plan a great time, have a keen eye for detail, and are a natural problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do next, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities Client Communication:
Answer inbound phone calls with a friendly, welcoming tone, helping clients navigate our rental catalog—from 15x15 frame tents to 8-faucet draft beer trailers.
Order Management:
Assist clients in building quotes and placing custom orders, ensuring all event dates, locations, and equipment needs are perfectly documented without hidden fees.
Event Scheduling:
Organize, maintain, and streamline our event and delivery schedules so our setup crews know exactly where to be and when.
Order Confirmation:
Proactively call clients prior to their events to confirm order details, verify delivery/pickup windows, and handle any last-minute adjustments.
Proactive Office Support:
Look beyond the immediate tasks. Identify daily administrative, operational, or customer-follow-up tasks on your own and complete them efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Attention to

You have a warm demeanor and can easily build rapport with everyone from corporate event planners to families organizing backyard BBQs.
Self-Starter:
You have the ability to identify tasks on your own and take the initiative to see them through to completion.
Problem-Solving Skills:
You stay calm under pressure and can think on your feet when weather changes, schedules shift, or clients need a last-minute solution.
