Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events that leave lasting impressions. As an integral part of our team, you will oversee all aspects of event management, ensuring seamless delivery from initial concept through to post-event evaluation. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will drive successful outcomes, elevate guest experiences, and foster strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in hospitality, marketing, and project management within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and logistics to ensure flawless execution. Manage event marketing strategies to attract attendees and maximize engagement through targeted campaigns and promotional activities. Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, caterers, and entertainment providers to secure optimal terms and services. Oversee event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and implementing upselling opportunities to enhance profitability. Coordinate all aspects of event setup, including catering arrangements, guest services, technical requirements, and décor. Lead and supervise event staff and vendors to ensure high standards of hospitality, safety, and customer service are maintained throughout each event. Utilize event management software and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for planning, registration, communication, and post-event follow-up. Maintain excellent client communication by understanding their needs, providing updates, and managing expectations effectively. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement and report on key performance metrics. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or management within the hospitality or events industry. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable contracts and vendor agreements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software tools. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while identifying upselling opportunities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, vendors, team members, and guests professionally. Experience in banquet operations or catering services is highly desirable. Knowledge of
TOAST POS
for customer engagement and data management is preferred. Leadership qualities with experience managing teams or coordinating large groups of staff during events.
