Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services to enhance their event experience Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and manual handling of equipment or supplies to ensure efficient operations Manage crowd control and conflict resolution to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees Support food service operations, including food handling, cash processing, and POS (Point of Sale) system usage Enforce safety protocols by conducting safety checks, responding to emergencies with first aid or CPR when necessary Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth flow of activities, including outdoor work tasks and event logistics Provide information about event schedules, venue amenities, and answer guest inquiries confidently through public speaking or direct communication Qualifications Previous experience in events management, hospitality, retail sales, or theater is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively in fast-paced environments Knowledge of safety procedures including first aid and CPR certification preferred Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work for extended periods Experience working with children or in resort settings is a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, basic math skills, and processing cash transactions Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and guest interactions Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering unforgettable events!
