League and Member Engagement Coordinator The Approach Shot Towaco, NJ Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $20 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Email marketing Sports coaching experience Content marketing Content management Venue guest services Full Job Description The Approach Shot, a private indoor golf facility featuring three TrackMan iO simulator bays, is looking for a knowledgeable and motivated golf professional to help create a more active and engaging experience for our members and guests. This is not simply a front-desk position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our TrackMan programming, leagues, tournaments, member events, and customer engagement efforts. The right person will be comfortable working independently, bringing new ideas to the table, and turning those ideas into well-run programs that keep customers coming back.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, configure, promote, and manage TrackMan leagues and tournaments Develop weekly and monthly competitions, including closest-to-the-pin, long-drive, team, handicap, and seasonal events Manage player registration, formats, handicaps, standings, scoring, and results Assist members and guests with TrackMan operation, game modes, practice tools, and performance features Build relationships with members and encourage participation in leagues, events, and memberships Follow up with previous visitors and prospective members Help create promotional content and communicate upcoming events through email, social media, and in-facility signage Host select leagues, tournaments, clinics, corporate outings, and special events Train other team members on TrackMan functions and basic troubleshooting Assist with general facility operations when needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Previous experience using TrackMan simulators and the TrackMan portal is strongly preferred Experience working at an indoor golf facility, golf course, country club, driving range, or golf retail operation is highly valued Knowledge of golf formats, handicaps, league administration, and tournament operations Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with golfers of all skill levels Self-motivated and capable of completing projects without constant supervision Organized, dependable, and confident using technology Available for some evenings and weekends when leagues or events are scheduled PGA experience, collegiate golf experience, coaching experience, or prior league-management experience is a plus

COMPENSATION

Competitive hourly pay based on experience Additional performance incentives may be available for successful leagues, events, and membership growth Complimentary access to the facility during designated times Opportunity to grow into a larger golf-operations or facility-management role
