Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, ensuring all details align with client specifications and organizational standards Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors to maximize value Develop and implement effective event marketing strategies to promote events and attract target audiences Utilize event management software and CRM systems to streamline planning processes, track client interactions, and maintain detailed records Oversee guest services, ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences for attendees through attentive customer service and efficient logistics Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, supplies, and equipment Lead project management efforts by setting timelines, managing resources, and coordinating team members for smooth event execution Requirements Proven experience in event planning, management, or hospitality industry roles with a strong understanding of event marketing and customer service principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software and CRM systems Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts, upselling opportunities, and managing budgets effectively Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, vendors, team members, and guests Demonstrated ability to lead teams or coordinate cross-functional efforts in fast-paced environments Technical proficiency in using various tools for event setup, registration systems, and digital marketing platforms Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable events! Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
