Key Responsibilities Event Coordination — Act as the main point of contact for assigned group and social events, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. Event Detailing — Coordinate agendas, room setups, menus, audiovisual needs, billing instructions, and special requests. Cross‑Department Collaboration — Partner closely with Sales, Event Services, Culinary, AV, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution. Pre‑Event Leadership — Lead pre‑event meetings and clearly communicate event requirements to internal teams. Client Relationship Management — Host site inspections, maintain strong planner relationships, and provide timely follow‑up and post‑event communication. Record Keeping — Maintain accurate event files, room block management, pickup reports, and billing documentation.
