Restaurant Event Coordinator / Host We are seeking an experienced, organized, and personable Event Coordinator to assist with private parties, restaurant reservations, and daily front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities:

Respond to phone calls and event inquiries professionally Meet with customers to discuss party details, menus, pricing, and available packages Coordinate birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations Maintain event calendars, reservations, guest counts, deposits, and final payment information Communicate event details with management, kitchen staff, servers, and vendors Welcome guests and manage the restaurant's seating and reservation system Assist with seating guests during busy restaurant hours Follow up with prospective clients and help turn inquiries into confirmed bookings Ensure event spaces are properly arranged before each party Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process and on the day of the event

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience required Party planning or event coordination experience strongly preferred Experience answering phones, taking reservations, and seating guests Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills Professional, friendly, and confident when working with clients Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing event packages and assisting with sales Must be available for some evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the restaurant's event schedule
