Join our dynamic team as a Manager and become the heartbeat of our indoor playground! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that greets customers, picks up the play area, puts on parties and events, and ensures every guest has an exceptional experience. Whether you're checking someone in, hosting an event, or maintaining cleanliness, your contribution is vital to our success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in child care, customer service, and party planning—all while working in a vibrant team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their playing experience Operate POS systems such as Square Keep customers informed on monthly events Maintain cleanliness by picking up after the children and sanitizing as needed Hosting events such as parties or meet and greets with fun characters Invoicing Costumers for memberships and events Scheduling Staff members weekly Ordering and checking inventory Requirements Previous experience in child care is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory counts Knowledge of POS systems like square is a plus; training will be provided if needed Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus; training will be provided if needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning Commitment to cleanness to prevent the spread of germs Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive interactions with guests Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our vibrant community!
