- Parties start at 12pm Birthday Party Assistant We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Birthday Party Assistant to help create fun and memorable celebrations for children and families. Responsibilities Help set up and decorate birthday party spaces Welcome guests and assist with check-in Keep children engaged, safe, and having fun Assist with serving food, cake, and refreshments Help manage party supplies and keep the space organized Clean up and reset the party area after events Provide friendly, professional service to parents and guests Assist the Party Host with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with children Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to stay calm and organized in a busy environment Previous childcare, customer service, event, or party experience is a plus Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting party supplies, and staying active throughout events Schedule Part-time, primarily weekends , with occasional weekday events. Hours may vary depending on the party schedule.
