The Non-Profit Event Assistant will also engage our clients in person, explain our mission, and encourage them to learn more about the cause. As a Non-Profit Event Assistant, you will be the face of Stand for the Silent's mission to our clients. You'll meet with our clients in person, share stories of hope, and invite them to pledge support for youth who need a voice. Beyond conversations, our Non-Profit Event Assistant also helps set the tone, ensuring every in-person sales interaction is inspiring and mission‑driven. Core Functions of the Non-Profit Event Assistant Bring energy and organization to every in-person event, supporting community moments that raise awareness of bullying prevention. Connect with clients through sincere, helpful in-person sales interactions to build the trust that turns event clients into lifelong givers. Share the charity's youth-focused mission in person, from school assemblies to scholarships that reward student leaders. Handle donations, pledges, and merchandise sales with care, ensuring every transaction feels as meaningful as the cause itself. Inspire event clients to act by guiding them toward donations, sign-ups, and purchases that keep the movement growing. Support sales outreach before and after events to expand awareness and sales opportunities across local neighborhoods.
